$2,850 per person for the tour. Airfare is included in this price. Add $400 per person for a single room.
AIRFARE
We will leave Dulles, Washington, DC, Continental Airlines flight 130W, on 9 March at 5:10 p.m. and
arrive at Charles DeGaulle in Paris at 6:35 a.m. on 10 March.
Leave Paris on Continental Airlines flight 133W, on 18 March at 4:00 p.m. and arrive in DC at 8:15 p.m.

You must carry a valid passport in order to leave the country. If you do not have a passport or it has expired, and you have not begun the application process, do so immediately. No visas are required for this trip.

CANCELLATION FEES: 90 days or more prior to departure, $100; 60-90 days prior to departure, $150; 30-60 days prior to departure, $200; less than 30 days, no refund.

12 - To apply to a program you need to:
Search PROGRAMS
Select the REGION of the globe
Select the HOST COUNTRY
Select the FACULTY-LED PROGRAM
Select APPLY TO THIS PROGRAM at the bottom of the description page.
13 - You will be directed to the “My Applications” page. You will see the program listed under these headings: Program name, Term, Provider, Status, and Online Forms.
14 - Click on APPLICATION FORM 0/1
15 - You will be directed to a new page – Click on your Program Application Link in blue.
16 - You will be redirected once more again – Click on your Program Application Link in blue and you will be taken to the program provider wed site to complete that portion of the enrollment. Follow the directions on the program provider site to complete your enrollment.
17 - The faculty leader for your program will accept you as a participant on the Study Abroad website. You will receive an email notification when this occurs showing “STUDENT STATUS – ADMITTED BY PROGRAM SPONSOR.”
18 - When you get this email logon to your Study Abroad account to complete your pre-departure (enrollment) forms, i.e. emergency information, proof of health insurance, PDF of passport and any additional forms that your faculty leader might require.
a. When you logon to your Study Abroad account you will see three gray boxes near the top of the page: My Profile, My Questions, My Applications. Click on the My Applications link.
b. You will see your program in the middle of the page.
c. Click on the “Enrollment Form (0/1, 2, etc)” link and you will be directed to the forms page.
d. Complete all the forms. You can save information and come back later to finish it if you do not have all the information available the first time. Students report that this process takes less than 15 minutes on average.
