The George Tyler Moore Center for the Study of the Civil War is proud to announce that center director, Dr. Mark Snell, will serve as the Visiting Senior Lecturer of War Studies during the fall semester at The Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, England. We are pleased to welcome Dr. Paul Harris, Lecturer of War Studies at Sandhurst, as an exchange professor. Denise Messinger will serve as acting director during Dr. Snell’s absence.
