DEADLINES

To be considered for institutional, new student scholarships, students must be admitted to Shepherd University by February 1. Completing a FAFSA by March 1 for federal student aid is highly recommended.

The deadline for applying for federal student aid for 2011-2012 is June 30, 2012.

Students should apply for federal student aid each year by submitting a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Scholarships: February 1--Admissions "Priority" Deadline

West Virginia: March 1, Promise Scholarship -- April 15, WV Higher Education Grant

Pennsylvania: May 1

Maryland: March 1

Pell Grant: June 30 of the following year
