DRIVER'S TRAINING

All operators of Shepherd University vehicles must attend the vehicle operator's safety awareness training course as presented by the University Safety Committee. Those completing the course will receive an operating certificate. A state issued driver's license and the driver's training certificate are required to operate fleet vehicles. Both documents must be presented or on file in the Facilities Management office prior to issuing keys to fleet vehicles. In the event that you renew your license, please provide the Facilities Office with a current copy. Only the driver listed on the vehicle request will be issued keys to fleet vehicles.
