MCMURRAN AND REYNOLDS RENOVATION
Lead paint is being removed from McMurran and Reynolds halls, consistent with EPA standards for hazardous materials, and the building is being repainted. Replacement/repair/renovation to columns, finials, soffit, and wood trim as well as some stone work is included.

REYNOLDS FOUNDATION REPAIRS
The north wall of Reynolds will be replaced as a part of foundation repairs along the north and east corner of the building where settlement has occurred over time.
