CENTER FOR CONTEMPORARY ARTS (PHASE I) : GROUND-BREAKING CEREMONY
A groundbreaking ceremony for the new Center for Contemporary Arts (CCA) was held July 12. The $10 million project, the first of three phases, is slated for completion in August 2007. The CCA is designed by Holzman Moss Architects of New York City. Phase I construction will be completed by Callas Contractors, Inc. of Hagerstown, Maryland.
