The Alpha Gamma Kappa chapter
of Sigma Tau Delta has truly blossomed into a wonderful organization full
of dedicated and enthusiastic members. We aren't just classmates and
club-mates, but also friends. We felt that a mascot would help
strengthen our ties to each other even further. Like social
fraternities, we now have a symbol that immediately associates us with our
organization and with each other.
Because our colors are
red and black, and because the fox has always been associated with intelligence
and resourcefulness, we chose the red fox as our mascot.
