• Go to Outlook.com and sign in
• Your email address is [your username]@Rams.Shepherd.edu
• Your password is your original password, which is available in RAIL

How do I access my Live@edu e-mail on mobile devices?

• Please visit the Live@edu Outlook Web App mobile phone instructions page.

What happens to my old email messages?

• Messages in your old email will be saved through the end of the Spring semester
• You should forward the messages that you want to keep to your new email address
• Log on to the Old Student Email Server
• Open and forward any messages you want to keep to [your user name] @Rams.Shepherd.edu
• After June 30, 2012, old email messages will be discarded
• New emails sent to your old address are automatically forwarded until the end of the Spring semester
