As
a service to the students and the Shepherd University community,
Dining Services offers free advertising in the dining
hall. Student group meetings and activities (plays, dances,
film screening, etc.) as well as other University departments can
be advertised on these napkin holders free of charge. New advertisements appear once every two weeks. Space fills up
quickly, so make your reservations at least a month in advance.
Requirements:
A copy of the flyer
must be provided two weeks before the event.
All flyers must
be first approved by the Director or Associate Director of Dining Services.
The flyer size
cannot exceed 6 1/2 inches X 3 inches.
