Admission Requirements and Application
Specific admissions requirements for the MS – DAIS Degree:
The MS -DAIS degree Is Currently SUSPENDED.
In addition to the general requirements for graduate admission to Shepherd University, potential students must also provide the following for admission into the MS-DAIS program:
- Baccalaureate degree in Data Analytics, Computer and Information Technology, or similar degree. Transcript analysis will be required to ensure students have requisite coursework in math and computer science. Student may need to take additional undergraduate math and computer science courses.
- Two letters of recommendation that speak to the applicant’s ability in the field and potential for success in a quantitative graduate program.
- Current resume.
For students with less than a 2.75 GPA, one of the following standardized tests: Graduate Record Exam (GRE): 149 Verbal and 146 Quantitative or Miller Analogy Test (MAT): 390, or GMAT – 75th percentile.
