Adjunct Training Workshops
Each semester the CTL sponsors an adjunct training workshop to help orient our new (and existing!) adjuncts regarding issues related to Shepherd University students, campus and operations.
Our next Adjunct Training Workshops will be offered August 1st and 2nd, 2008. Click here to read our Invitation Letter, sent to all new adjunct faculty scheduled to teach at Shepherd this fall. Faculty may choose one of three sessions offered to attend training and will receive a $100 stipend as well as an informative Faculty Handbook and complimentary meal for attending. The Adjunct Training Workshop is an excellent opportunity for new faculty to learn more about Shepherd University students, policies and operations before entering the classroom.

Friday, August 1st- AFTERNOON SESSION - 12pm-4pm
Begins with FREE LUNCH from 12-1pm in the Lower Dining Hall
WORKSHOP is from 1-4pm in Room 256 of the Scarborough Library
Friday, August 1st- EVENING SESSION - 6pm-9pm
Begins with FREE DINNER from 6-7pm in the Lower Dining Hall
WORKSHOP from 7-9pm in Room 256 of the Scarborough Library
Saturday,August 2nd- MORNING SESSION - 9am-1pm
WORKSHOP begins at 9am until 12pm in Room 256 of the Scarborough Library
FREE LUNCH afterward from 12-1pm in the Lower Dining Hall
