Upcoming Adjunct Training Workshop Information
Before the start of each semester, the Center for Teaching & Learning sponsors workshops to help orient, inform and welcome new part-time faculty. Our next Adjunct Training Workshops will be offered on January 8th & 9th, 2010. Faculty who attend receive a $100 stipend, as well as an informative Handbook for New Faculty. Following each workshop, a customized technology training session is also offered, led by campus Instructional Technologist, Lauryl Lewis. The Adjunct Training Workshop is an excellent opportunity for new faculty to learn more about Shepherd University students, policies and operations before entering the classroom.
