Essay: In no less than one-half, but no more than one single spaced, typed (12 pt Times New Roman Font) page, describe your career goals (as completely as you can), and how these career goals make you an appropriate recipient for a NASA Space Grant Scholarship. Discuss in terms of the branch of science you are pursuing, the highest degree you will seek, and how these goals align with the mission of NASA.

Do not submit letter of recommendation.

Elizabeth Brown Scholarship

Criteria:

Mathematics Major or Engineering Minor (Divided between Math, Engineering, Chemistry and Nursing)

US born resident of Eastern Panhandle

Financial Need

Amount: $250 - $300 each

 

Frontier Scholarship

Criteria:

Computer Science Major

Amount: $500 - $1,000

Rauch Mathematics Scholarship

Criteria:

Entering Freshman, renewable for three more years.

Scholastic ability (including high school grade point average, and either ACT or SAT test scores), extra curricular activities, leadership potential (combined with character and sportsmanship.

Amount: $1,800 - $2,000 per year for four years.


Wilt Scholarship

Criteria:

Eastern Panhandle Resident

Mathematics Major with 3.0 GPA, or Upper 1/4 of HS graduating class for freshman

Good citizenship or character

Financial need considered, not primary

Amount: $1,450
