Meeting of the SHEPHERD COLLEGE BOARD OF GOVERNORS February 13, 2003 Agenda Item No. 7 CLASSIFIED SALARY POLICY UPDATE At the January meeting of the Board, the Finance Committee continued the review of the conceptual framework within which salary policy for classified employees should be established. The Finance Committee will continue its review of this issue during its committee meeting. The enclosed draft represents the general parameters that were discussed in the January meeting.
