Born in Fort Worth, Texas now residing in Keedysville, MD. after living in Kentucky, New Mexico, West Virginia and Virginia. Rhonda is currently a producing artist and a Tenured Full-Professor of Art at Shepherd University. She coordinates the Printmaking program and has been with the college since 1987. She received her B.F.A from Eastern Kentucky University, Richmond, KY in 1974 and her M.F.A. from the University of North Texas, Denton TX in 1976. She has exhibited her work regional and national. The most recent exhibitions include: one man exhibits at West Virgina State College, Charleston, George Mason University, Harrisonburg, VA, Susquehanna University, Selinsgrove, PA and Invitational Group Exhibits in St Louis, Missouri, Frederick, MD, Memphis College of Art, Memphis, TN, and competitive exhibits like the 14th National Drawing and Print Competitive Exhibition, Cormley Gallery, College of Notre Dame of Maryland, Baltimore, MD.
