Peter Bella is a graphic designer and artist from New York. He was born and raised in the Western and Central New York area. He earned his BFA in Graphic Design from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT); his MS in Professional Studies in Communication, Business Marketing, and Information Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT); and his MFA in Graphic Design from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). Pete has recently joined the faculty at Shepherd by way of the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo State College and the College of Imaging Arts and Sciences at Rochester Institute of Technology where he taught a variety of curriculum in graphic design ranging from Branding and Advertising to Typography and Graphic Design History. With over 15 years of experience he also brings to teaching an array of professional design experience comprising occupations in public relations, advertising, marketing, and publications.
