COOPERATIVE EDUCATION (CO-OP)
To be eligible, students are required to have a minimum of a 2.5 cumulative GPA. The Cooperative Education Office will not require an in-major GPA. Students must have earned at least 24 credits prior to participating in co-op. Six credit hours within their major must be completed prior to participation.
There is no minimum or maximum number placed on co-op participation. Each academic department will have the right to establish higher standards. Departmental approval is required for those students who do not meet the minimum qualification standards. The total number of co-op hours earned may not exceed the maximum prescribed by the Department. (see individual course listings)
