COUNSELING AND HEALTH CENTER

The Counseling Center and Health Center are located on the ground floor of Gardiner Hall. The vast majority of their services are free-of-charge to Shepherd University students.

Both the counseling and health centers are set to treat minor and/or short term acute illnesses and industries. Students requiring long term physical or mental health services will be referred out to the community. When a referral is made, the costs incurred are the responsibility of the student.

Please be aware that all counseling and health services rendered are treated on a confidential basis. The Counseling and Health Center staff will not be able to share information about a student's treatment without the express written consent of the student.
