SHEPHERD FALLS TO GEORGETOWN (KY)

HILTON HEAD, SC -- Shepherd College fell to Georgetown (KY), 8-1, in women's tennis action at Hilton Head on Friday.

Freshman Jessi Clarke (Hedgesville, WV/Hedgesville HS) gained Shepherd's only win with an 8-3 triumph at number five singles.

Shepherd falls to 15-5 (including the fall), while Georgetown (KY) improves to 6-5.
