Chris Stambaugh
Entering his fifth season as head coach of the Shepherd College men's and women's tennis program is Chris Stambaugh.Stambaugh took over the Ram coaching reins in the spring of 1997 after coaching the boys and girls programs at Smithsburg High School in Maryland from 1994-96.
A graduate of Shepherd with a bachelor's degree in communications, Stambaugh was a standout tennis player for Roger Parker from 1988-90. He won the WVIAC #5 singles title and teamed with Ferran Macipe at #2 doubles to help lead Shepherd to the WVIAC title in 1988. The Rams later advanced to the NAIA Championships.
Stambaugh has a 44-24 (.647) overall record with the men's team and a 38-26 (.594) mark with the women's team.
