Shepherd swept the doubles action and got singles wins from junior Tim Halter (New Market, MD/Linganore HS), junior Brian Clarke (Hedgesville, WV/Hedgesville HS), senior Mike Farrell (Ijamsville, MD/Peary HS), junior Wray Sherman (Staunton, VA/Rockbridge HS), and junior Eric Stevenson (Harpers Ferry, WV/Northwest (MD) HS.
