Entering her first season as assistant women's basketball coach is former Shepherd standout Jennifer Chapman.

Chapman will coordinate the Hoop Troop (Rams' support group for girls grade K-8), assist in the marketing and promotion of the program, and assist with team travel, scouting, and recruiting.

Chapman was a two-time First Team WVIAC All-Conference selection in 1999 and 2000, a first in Shepherd college women's basketball history. Chapman also recorded another program first as the only three-time WVIAC Player of the Week.
