2001 WVIAC Championships
The Shepherd College women's cross country team finished fourth out of 13 schools in the WVIAC Cross Country Championships in Buckhannon.
Three Ram runners earned All-Conference honors. Senior Tiffany Moskel (Frederick (MD)/CharlesTown, WV) finished third, junior Liz Lowrie (Urbana/Monrovia, MD) placed seventh, and junior Lisa Bailey (Central/Woodstock, VA) finished ninth to gain WVIAC honors. Only team champion Wheeling Jesuit had more All-Conference honorees.
The Shepherd College men's cross country team finished fifth out of 13 schools in the WVIAC Cross Country Championships in Buckhannon. It is the highest team finish for the men at the conference meet for the Rams under head coach Robert (Moe) Morris.
Thhe men's team was led by strong finishes by freshman Willie Spencer (Thomas Johnson/Frederick, MD) and junior Mike Brosenne (Wilde Lake/Baltimore, MD).
