SHEPHERD TAKES PAIR

SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. -- The Shepherd University women's tennis team defeated two West Virginia Conference rivals here on Saturday. The Rams dismantled West Virginia State by a score of 9-0 and then took down Fairmont, 8-1.

The Rams are now 7-4 on the season and 5-1 in the WVIAC. Fairmont falls to 4-2 and West Virginia State is now 2-5.
