SHEPHERD WOMEN'S TENNIS SPLITS CONFERENCE ACTION SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. -- The Shepherd University women's tennis team split matches with West Virginia Conference foes over the weekend. On Friday the Rams traveled to West Liberty and fell 7-2 to the Hilltoppers. On Saturday Shepherd returned to their home courts and found better fortunes, defeating Concord, 8-1. Former Jefferson High standout Lauren Jackson led the way for the Rams in both matches, winning all four of her contests. The Rams will travel to play Mount St. Mary's on Monday.
