SHIPPENSBURG SINKS SHEPHERD

SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. - The Shepherd University women's tennis team lost a squeaker to Shippensburg University by a score of 5-4. Despite the loss, senior Ashley Portrey led the way for the Rams, winning both her singles and doubles matches.

The Rams fall to 8-5 on the year while the Red Raiders improve to 3-2. Shepherd will host its final home match of the season against Shenandoah on Monday.
