SHEPHERD HANDLES GOUCHER SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. -- The Shepherd University women's tennis team defeated Goucher here Thursday with an 8-1 victory. Although just a sophomore, Jessi Clarke led Shepherd by winning her 50th match as a Ram. Shepherd improves to 6-2 while the Gophers fall to 2-2. The Shepherd women will be on the road for three conference matches this weekend: at Fairmont on Friday, Wesleyan on Saturday, and at West Liberty on Sunday. SHEPHERD 8 GOUCHER 1 SINGLES 1.
