SHEPHERD WOMEN'S SOCCER FALLS TO WEST VIRGINIA WESLEYAN BUCKHANNON, W.Va. -- Jill Morrison scored four goals to lead West Virginia Wesleyan to a 5-0 win over Shepherd University in WVIAC women's soccer action at Wesleyan on Saturday. Katie Shubert also added a goal for the Bobcats. Junior goalkeeper Amy Bell (New Market, MD/Linganore) had six saves and sophomore Erica Jones (Woodbridge, VA/Woodbridge) added one save for the Rams. Shepherd falls to 5-5-0, 0-1-0 in conference action, while West Virginia Wesleyan improves to 3-5, 2-1. The Rams return to action on Wednesday when they host Millersville for a 4:00 p.m. contest. |
