SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. -- Sarah St. Clair and Kristin Martinsen each scored three goals to lead West Virginia Wesleyan to a 10-0 win over Shepherd in women's soccer action at Ram Stadium on Monday afternoon.
The Bobcats held a 34-7 edge in shots as they earned the easy win. Shelly Cotton added two goals, while Wendy Yingling and Liesl Nuss each added single scores.
Sophomore goalie Amy Ridgely (Westminster/Westminster, MD) recorded 18 saves in goal for the Rams. Krystal Javarino stopped three shots for the Bobcats.
Shepherd falls to 3-10-0 overall, 0-5-0 in conference play. The Rams return to action on Thursday when they travel to Shippensburg for a 1:00 p.m. contest.
