SHEPHERD FALLS TO LOCK HAVEN IN WOMEN'S SOCCER

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. -- Colleen Kafka, Diane Wall, and Ally Billmyer each scored a pair of goals to lead Lock Haven to an 8-0 win over Shepherd University in women's soccer action at Lock Haven on Wednesday.

Lock Haven outshot Shepherd, 33-2, and held a 9-0 advantage in corner kicks.

Junior goalkeeper Amy Bell (New Market, MD/Linganore) recorded 13 saves for the Rams, while Emily Wagner had two saves for Lock Haven.

Shepherd falls to 1-1, while Lock Haven improves to 2-1. The Rams return to action on Saturday when they host Holy Family at noon in their home opener.
