SHEPHERD FALLS TO GEORGIAN COURT

LAKEWOOD, NJ -- Georgian Court handed Shepherd College a 4-3 setback in women's soccer action at Georgian Court on Sunday afternoon.

Erin Wilkinson (Fairfax Station, VA/W.T. Woodson HS) recorded all three goals for the Rams. Her first goal came on a penalty kick, the second on an assist from Theresa Ryan (Baltimore, MD/Loch Raven HS), while her third was an unassisted tally.

Mary Mewherter scored a pair of goals to lead Georgian Court. Kristen Carletta and Mary Ann Carpenter added single tallies.

Senior goalkeeper Amy Ridgely (Westminster, MD/ Westminster HS) recorded nine saves for the Rams, while Meghan McCarthy had four saves for Georgian Court.

Shepherd falls to 7-9-0 overall. The Rams return to action on Tuesday when they travel to Ohio Valley College for a 6:00 p.m. conference matchup.
