Batted .351 with 33 hits in 94 at-bats. Scored 17 runs and drove in 18. Smacked seven doubles and a pair of home runs. Was second on the team in walks (15) and hit-by-pitch (4). Posted an 0-1 mark on the mound with five strikeouts in 7.1 innings. Prior to Shepherd: A 2004 graduate of Hedgesville High School where he played baseball for Ben Merica and Bill Fultineer. Four-year letterwinner in baseball. A two-time All-State selection and was named Offensive Player of the Year in 2003. Personal: Born 9-18-85. The son of Wayne and Rhonda Webb. Majoring in secondary education. Father, Wayne, played baseball at Mansfield University and was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates. |
