SHEPHERD WOMEN DOWN TECH, 73-54

MONTGOMERY, W.Va. - Freshman guard Krissy Grosselin (Dayton, OH/ Ramstein (Germany) HS) scored a game-high 18 points to lead Shepherd University to a 73-54 win over WVU Tech in WVIAC women's basketball action at WVU Tech on Thursday night.

Junior center Danielle Costello (Middletown, MD/ Middletown HS/ FCC) added 14 points, while senior forward Casey Landrum (Yorktown, VA/Tabb HS) tossed in 11 as Shepherd improved to 8-7 overall, 4-3 in conference action.

Latoya Steel had 13 points and Mishay Cooley added 11 to lead WVU Tech (0-12, 0-7).

Shepherd held a 35-25 halftime advantage.

No other game details were available.

The Rams return to action on Saturday when they travel to Charleston for a 5:30 p.m. contest.
