SHEPHERDSTOWN, W. Va. -- Megan LaBuda and Meaghan Roe each scored 13 points to lead 7th-ranked Bloomsburg University to a 75-49 win over Shepherd College in women's basketball action at the Butcher Athletic Center.
Also scoring in double figures for the Huskies were Meggi Rothermel and Jen Bryan with 11 points each, while Carrie Pugh added 10.
Gail Siemer (Chesapeake/Severna Park, MD) led the Rams with nine points. Brianne Hamilton (St. Maria Goretti/Martinsburg, WV) added eight points and six rebounds.
Shepherd falls to 5-3 on the year, while Bloomsburg improves to 9-1.
The Rams return to action on Saturday when they travel to Wheeling Jesuit for a 6:00 p.m. contest.
