  HILL, MORGAN GARNER ALL-WVIAC HONORS SUMMERSVILLE, W.Va. -- Sophomore outside hitter Susanna Hill (Clear Spring, MD/Grace Academy) and senior setter Nicole Morgan (Maugansville, MD/North Hagerstown HS) of the Shepherd University volleyball team were recently selected to the 2004 All-WVIAC Volleyball Team. Hill led the Rams and was third in the WVIAC in digs with a 4.33 per game average. She also topped the Rams and was eighth in the conference in kills with a 3.12 per game mark. An honorable mention All-WVIAC choice and WVIAC Freshman of the Year last season, Hill gained second team honors this year. Morgan, a senior team captain, also gained second team honors. She led the Rams and was third in the league in assists with an 11.38 average. Morgan led the team and was second in the WVIAC in service aces with an 0.80 average. A three-time All-Conference selection, Morgan joins former Ram standout Cassie Leonard as the only players in program history to record 1,000 or more assists for four seasons. |
