SHEPHERD DEFEATS UDC SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. -- Shepherd College downed UDC with a 30-12, 30-32, 30-23, 30-23 win in volleyball action at Shepherd on Tuesday night. Susanna Hill (Clear Spring, MD/ Grace Academy) had 18 kills and 20 digs to lead the Rams. Beth Schaible (Winchester, VA/James Wood HS) added 10 kills and 13 digs. Megan Bowman (Hagerstown, MD/Williamsport HS) had 17 digs, while setter Nicole Morgan (Maugansville, MD/North Hagerstown HS) registered 53 assists and 12 digs. Shepherd improves to 15-8. The Rams return to action on Friday when they travel to West Liberty for a 7:00 p.m. contest. |
