SHEPHERD HANDLES UDC WASHINGTON, DC -- - Shepherd University downed UDC, 3-0 (30-5, 30-22, 30-12), in volleyball action on Tuesday night at UDC. Sophomore outside hitter Susanna Hill (Clear Spring, MD/Grace Academy) led the Rams with 10 kills,13 digs, and four aces. Senior middle hitter Holly Everhart (Purcellville, VA/Loudoun Valley HS) added nine kills and two blocks, while senior setter Nicole Morgan (Maugansville, MD/North Hagerstown HS) contributed 43 assists, five aces, and four digs. Shepherd improves to 16-13 on the year. The Rams return to action on Thursday when they host Wheeling Jesuit at 7:00 p.m. |
