SHEPHERD VOLLEYBALL FALLS TO CHARLESTON SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. -- Shepherd University dropped a 3-0 (18-30, 19-30, 19-30) decision to Universtiy of Charleston in WVIAC volleyball action at the Butcher Athletic Center on Friday night. Freshman Ashlee Allen (Severna Park, MD/Severna Park) had seven kills and six blocks to lead the Rams. Junior Kiira Cerasi (Santa Barbara, CA/Bishop Diego Garcia) added five kills and 13 digs, while senior Susanna Hill (Clear Spring, MD/Grace Academy) added a team-high 12 digs. Shepherd falls to 4-14, 3-4 in WVIAC play, while Charleston improves to 17-4, 8-0. |
