FAIRMONT, W.Va. -- Fairmont swept Shepherd with a 30-28, 30-21, 30-17 win over the Rams in WVIAC volleyball action at Fairmont on Monday night.
The Rams were led by Judy Whims (Thomas Johnson (FCC)/Frederick, MD) with 16 kills and 13 digs. Kim Pirisino (John Carroll/Edgewood, MD) added nine kills and and 14 digs, while Amber Balmer (Ephrata/Ephrata, PA) and Nicole Morgan (North Hagerstown/Maugansville, MD) each added 14 digs.
Shepherd falls to 15-8, 4-4 in WVIAC action.
