SHEPHERD VOLLEYBALL FALLS TO BENTLEY, 3-1 SMITHFIELD, RI - Bentley College handed Shepherd University a 3-1 (30-24, 30-24, 30-32, 30-18) loss in first day action of the Bryant College Invitational. Bentley was led by Alex Kearney with 17 kills and 16 digs. Christina Sadowski added 13 kills, while Tori Piskulick posted 49 assists and 10 digs. Kiira Cerasi had 16 kills and 18 digs to lead Shepherd. Ashlee Allen added 13 kills and 12 digs. Shepherd (0-9) is slated to face East Stroudsburg in a later match tonight and will take on host Bryant at noon on Saturday. |
