SHEPHERD MEN'S SOCCER MOVES TO FIFTH IN REGIONAL POLL SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. - The Shepherd University men's soccer team moved up to fifth in the latest NSCAA/adidas NCAA Division II Appalachian Region Poll for October 10. "It is definitely good news for our program to be recognized as one of the top teams in the region after playing a very difficult schedule this year," stated head coach Joseph Okoh. "Our schedule included two top twenty five nationally ranked teams and several top ten regionally ranked teams. I think we have really come together as a team. The seniors have really stepped up, providing leadership on and off the field. We are all looking forward to the WVIAC Tournament." The complete poll is listed below.
