SHEPHERD MEN'S BASKETBALL TO HOST GOLF OUTING

SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. -- The Shepherd University men's basketball program will hold its fourth annual golf tournament on August 7, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. at Cress Creek Country Club in Shepherdstown. The tournament benefits the scholarship fund for Shepherd basketball student-athletes. Lunch and dinner are included, with dinner provided by Outback Steakhouse. There will be a special appearance by Miss West Virginia, Tiffany Lawrence, as well as Shepherd players and coaches. Opportunities are available for individual golfers, foursomes, and hole sponsors.
