PRINCETON, WV -- Freshman forward Alicia Knuppel (Damascus/ Gaithersburg, MD) of the Shepherd College women's soccer team was named to the 2002 WVIAC Women's Soccer All-Conference team. Knuppel was an honorable mention selection.
Knuppel led the Rams in scoring in 2002 with seven goals and two assists for 16 points. She had two-goal performances against Gallaudet, Columbia Union, and Ohio Valley.
Shepherd finished the year with a 4-17 mark, including a 1-6 mark in WVIAC action.
