 SHEPHERD ANNOUNCES 2006 FOOTBALL SCHEDULE SHEPHERDSTOWN, W. Va. -- Shepherd University head football coach Monte Cater recently announced the 2006 Ram football schedule. The 10-game slate includes five home contests. The Rams open the season at Millersville with a 4:00 p.m. game on August 26. Shepherd will have a rematch with 2005 playoff opponent C.W. Post in the home opener at noon on September 16. Other home games include Glenville State (Sept. 23 - Family Weekend), Fairmont State (Sept. 30 - Hall of Fame Weekend), Concord (Oct. 21 - Homecoming), and West Virginia Wesleyan (Oct. 28 - Senior Day/Take a Kid to the Game).
