 DUDINSKI EARNS ALL-AMERICA HONORS PITTSBURG, KS -- Junior cornerback Dustin Dudinski (Woodbridge, VA/Park View HS) of the Shepherd University football team was recently named to the 2004 Don Hansen's Football Gazette NCAA Division II All-America team. Dudinski, an honorable mention selection, recorded 32 tackles with 20 solos for the Rams in 2004. He tied for the league lead in interceptions with six, while his 17 pass breakups were second in the league. Dudinski was honored by Don Hansen for the second straight year. He was an honorable mention All-America choice as a return specialist in 2003. This marks the 17th year Don Hansen Football Gazette, a recognized authority on small college football, has selected an NCAA Division II All-America team. The national publication selected All-Region teams with the first-team and second-team All-Region players from each of the four geographic regions (Northeast, Southeast, Northwest, Southwest) making up the national ballot, which was voted upon by a 23-member national panel. |
