CARLISLE, PA -- The Shepherd College women's cross country team placed fifth, while the men's team finished 15th at the Dickinson College Invitational on Saturday. Host Dickinson captured the women's title and Widener University took the men's crown.
The Shepherd women's team was led by Carol Gill, who finished 12th in the race with a time of 24:20.11. She was followed by Lisa Bailey (38th, 25:54.12) and Liz Lowrie (42nd, 26:04.63).
The Ram men's team was led by Justin Faith with a 29th place finish at 28:32.07. Other Shepherd finishers were Danny Channell (77th, 30:03.98), Chris McCully (81st, 30:12.20), Willie Spencer (83rd, 30:17.71), and Mike Brosenne (45th, 32:06.09).
