JOHN HAWSE NAMED WVIAC CO-PLAYER OF THE WEEK

PRINCETON, WV -- Junior OF-1B John Hawse (Winchester, VA/James Wood HS/Potomac State) of the Shepherd University baseball team was recently selected as WVIAC Co-Player of the Week.

Hawse helped Shepherd clinch the Northern Division title by getting 10 hits in 16 at-bats in a 3-2 week for the Rams. He added a pair of home runs and 6 runs batted in.
